and Baking Arts Programs are international
in their scope. Many programs will offer students a comprehensive hands-on experience
of the components of baking which includes units on everything from breads and

a culinary business. A culinary business is broadly defined to include food-and-beverage

in New York State. This year the Annual Adirondack Mountaineering Festival will
be held on Jan 18th - 19th in Keene Valley. The event is a celebration of mountaineering
that includes a variety of ice climbing and mountaineering clinics.
